PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve saving/restoration so as to prevent data from disappearing even when a PC in which the common region of discs is initialized when restarting a terminal is restarted the next.;SOLUTION: When information unique to a terminal stored in the common region of a terminal is saved in a saving server, terminal identification information for uniquely identifying every terminal is preliminarily stored in an external terminal identification information storage means (S1), and when the terminal ends, and the terminal identification information of the terminal is stored in the terminal identification information storage means(S2), various setting files which should not be lost in the OS region of the terminal are saved to a saved data storage means so as to be associated with the terminal identification information (S3).
