PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give treatment accurately and safely by preventing an operator from performing under radiation to a treated part or excessive radiation to a normal tissue in a radiation therapy.;SOLUTION: A radiation system 2 radiates therapeutic X-ray beams to a subject. A scattering radiation detection system 3 detects scattering radiation occurred from within the subject on the basis of the therapeutic X-ray beams and generates scattering radiation data. A reconstruction processing part 503 reconstructs scattering radiation volume data showing a three-dimensional distribution of the scattering radiation occurrence density within the subject on the basis of the detected scattering radiation data. A conversion processing part 505 converts the scattering volume data into absorption of radiation data showing a three-dimensional distribution of an amount of radiation absorbed by using density corresponding to a composition of each voxel tissue.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
