PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt/delivery plan management device and a receipt/delivery plan management method for managing a member receipt/delivery plan in a production management, capable of achieving MRP management performed for each product number. PSOLUTION: A quantity used of members designated by the production plan, a present quantity of inventory, and a scheduled receiving quantity of members are acquired from a production plan managed for each product number, inventory information, and an ordering quantity. Shortage and excess of the members on each day is calculated by developing the information to the MRP and creating a receipt/delivery plan. In the case that a day with a lack of the members is detected, a scheduled receiving date is updated so as to advance an order if there is any ordering information of an unprocessed order capable of compensating the shortage quantity by retrieving a receiving schedule on and after the day when the shortage occurs, not by immediately adding new ordering information.
