PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate interpersonal relationships more precisely than before. PSOLUTION: A technique has been employed wherein a point in time to be evaluated for calculating a mean value of distance is narrowed down to only a point in time wherein a certain condition is satisfied, whereby an interpersonal relationship evaluation index can be prevented from being dependent on time length wherein a user to be observed is in the neighborhood. Thus, occurrence of a misconception regarding interpersonal relationship can be prevented effectively, such as occurrence of a misconception in the case of employing a technique according to the related art which regards time length wherein a user to be observed is in the neighborhood as an index.
