SIMPLIFIED URINE COLLECTOR, AND 24-HOUR URINARY SALTS SIMPLIFIED MEASURING METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply and portably utilizable urine collector by anybody, to which a filter paper method is applied, and a new measuring technology for collecting urine by using the collector at any place and at any time in 24 hours, and extracting and analyzing a chemical component such as salts from a filter paper absorbing urine in each urination.;SOLUTION: In this simplified urine collector 1, one end of an easily-portable pipe body 2 made of a hydrogen impermeable material having a prescribed length and a prescribed diameter is used as a mounting/dismounting port 20, and a constant slight slit-shaped collection groove 3 is engraved along the axial direction of the pipe body 2 on the peripheral wall edge of the mounting/dismounting port 20, and a rectangular filter paper piece 7 whose cross section in the axial direction of the pipe body is bent into a V-shape is combined and stored detachably so that a bent apex angle 70 on the same end is arranged in the exposed state to the outside from the collection groove 3, in a cylindrical storage part 22 facing to the mounting/dismounting port 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
