PSOLUTION: A medical care support information providing system includes an acceptance means for acquiring basic medical care data of a patient 3 from a medical institution system 5 of a medical institution 4 to accept the application for providing medical care support information via a communication network; a means for acquiring a result of analysis from a nucleic acid analysis device 16 regarding a living body sample X1 including the nucleic acid of the patient 3 obtained by the institution 4; a means for transmitting the acquired analysis result and the medical care data to a terminal 7 of an expert 6 to request preparation of medical care auxiliary information relating to the analysis resu a means for receiving the medical care auxiliary information relating to the analysis result from the terminal 7; and a means for generating the medical care support information including the received medical care auxiliary information and the analysis result to transmit the medical care support information to the system 5 via the network.
