LINE ART PROCESSOR, PROGRAM, AND LINE ART PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for rationally and efficiently connecting micro-fine regions which frequently generate to the other regions.;SOLUTION: Line art data are multi-leveled so that multi-level data can be acquired, and a core line is extracted from the line art. Furthermore, a closed region surrounded by the core line, which is smaller than a prescribed reference, is selected. Then, the centroid point of the selected closed region is determined, and a plurality of adjacent points adjacent to the centroid point by a prescribed distance reference are set. Afterwards, multi-level values corresponding to the centroid point and each adjacent point are acquired and compared by referring to the multi-level data. Furthermore, the adjacent point having the multi-level value which is the closest to the multi-level value corresponding to the centroid point is selected. Then, a boarder line interposed between the closed region including the centroid point and the closed region including the selected adjacent point is deleted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
