PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently implement a specific first operation closed in a first finite set comprising P elements with a combination of second operations closed in a second finite set comprising Q elements.;SOLUTION: A vector including a line-element row corresponding to an operand of a truth table T(δ) expressing an operand of the first operation and an operation result by a combination of second operations is determined as an initial element of the respective vector set S(δ). The process for adding the second operation result between elements of the vector set S(δ) to a new vector set S(δ) is repeated more than once.
