PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signature management program capable of reducing management-disclosure costs.;SOLUTION: A sequence header SH of original motion picture information is segmented into stream header information SH-G required for reproduction of stream data, and user header information SH-U which can be freely stored by a user. The original motion picture information is divided by partial information GOP, hash information of each partial information GOP is generated, single root hash information is created using the aggregation of the hash information, an electronic signature of a person who gives the signature is created for the root hash information, and the root hash information is combined to the electronic signature to form the PIAT signature information of the person.
