PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a measure to inactivate a battery more efficiently and more safely at a high temperature in a situation such as overcharge that there is a possibility of a temperature rise of the battery during flowing of a current. PSOLUTION: This is a current collector 100 for the battery which forms a three-layered structure having a conduction shut-off control layer in which a conduction route 103 having a conduction shut-off/resistance increase mechanism to shut off conduction or to increase resistance responding to temperature changes, and an insulator part 101 having a melting temperature higher than an actuation temperature of the conduction shut-off/resistance increase mechanism in the conduction route 103 are formed, and having two metal layers 104A, 104B respectively formed on both faces of this conduction shut-off control layer.
