PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing tool of extra-banking concrete and a processing method of the extra-banking concrete using the processing tool of extra-banking concrete which can easily remove the extra-banking concrete, and can facilitate mounting work and removal work.;SOLUTION: The processing tool 10 of extra-banking concrete is constituted by a cylindrical body 13 and an annular member 14. The cylindrical body 13 is provided with a cylindrical separation pipe 11 and a bottom plate 12 attached to the bottom of the cylindrical separation pipe 11, and the inner edge part of the annular member 14 is placed on the lower part side of the cylindrical body 13 which is arranged outside of a core reinforcing iron bar 53 on the inner side of a main reinforcement 51. Then defective concrete is taken into the interior of the separation pipe 11 from the space between a tremie hole 12a provided in the center of the bottom plate 12 and a tremie tube 55, and slime is taken in from a slit 14a provided to the annular member 14.
