PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction contract method, capable of increasing contract quantity, and a transaction contract system using the transaction contract method.;SOLUTION: In the transaction contract system 1, a contract processing part 20 reads bid information from a bid information storage part 10 (step S100), tabulates, for every unit price, selling quantities of selling information and buying quantities of buying information respectively to determine tabulated values (step S110), calculates an accumulated value for each of the tabulated values of selling information and the tabulated values of buying information arranged in the descending order of unit price (step S120), calculates an absolute value of difference between the accumulated value of selling information and the accumulated value of buying information for every unit price to take a maximum value thereof as a moving quantity (step S130), moves a buying and selling curve based on the moving quantity (step S140), establishes a contract between buying information and selling information (step S150), and stores the contract result in a contract result storage part 20 (step S160).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
