PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation mode detector, an oscillation mode control device or a laser system having a simple structure.;SOLUTION: This laser system is provided with: a semiconductor laser 1 driven by a laser driving device 2; a wedge prism 8 reflecting a part of laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser 1 and having passed through a collimator lens 3, a reflective diffraction grating 4 and a mirror 5, and forming interference fringes from the reflected laser light; a photodetector 9 receiving a part of the interference fringes; and a determination part 10 determining the oscillation mode of the laser light based on the time change of a detection signal of the photodetector 9.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
