PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive stepped machine screw with a web washer, preventive of fall-off, free from pressure fluctuation due to the deformation of the washer, reliable, well workable and applicable to an automatic assembling device, because of the stepped machine screw and the web washer are integrated with each other.;SOLUTION: The stepped machine screw 2 comprises a screw head portion 3, a stepped portion 5 and a screw portion 4. A groove 6 is provided in the stepped portion 5 at the under-neck root of the screw head portion.
