PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that although the periodical exchange of a facility under the consideration of a critical state such as the level of consumption and constraint such as equipment specifications and arrangement regions is considered as a means for suppressing the generation of any failure of a facility such as a pole transformer, it is difficult to quickly retrieve the object of exchange.;SOLUTION: A system for retrieving exchange object equipment is constructed under the consideration of constraint such as equipment specifications, equipment arrangement places, manufacture origin assurance periods or installation regions (positions) by calculating and recording the level of consumption of arrangement equipment of each region by a device such as an RFID for individually managing equipment such as a pole transformer and a database system for managing the state of the equipment and a function for calculating the consumption level coefficients of each region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
