SECURE AND EFFICIENT ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT CONTACT SYSTEM ON INTERNET IN PLACE OF E-MAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in an e-mail system, a malicious third party or the like transmits a large amount of junk e-mail because it is impossible to accurately recognize who sends the mail and what kind of mail it is before opening the e-mail.;SOLUTION: Methods for directly transmitting and receiving an electronic document between group sites to which users belong are prescribed, and a group search server for consolidating contact methods to respective group sites is provided. The group search server simultaneously evaluates the reliability of each group site to thereby prevent an illegal electronic document from being transmitted. An electronic document is transmitted/received between the respective group sites by a protocol that prevents spoofing, and a function of document classification for confirming contents before reading is established to thereby construct a more efficient and securer electronic document contact system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
