PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the generation of single operation at fault occurrence and to easily eliminate the detected single operation state, without restricting the installation number of distributed power supplies, by a low-cost method using existing equipment. PSOLUTION: In the process of time-limited forward distribution, when a section switch SWI-1 is in a power-off state and a power distribution line voltage V1 on a substation side and a power distribution line voltage V2 on a load side are both applied, a controller 20 of the section switch SWI-1 judges that an interval SI-2 on the load side is a single operation interval of the distributed power supplies. In this case, after preventing switching-on of the section switch SWI-1, an interval SI-3 which is an adjoining interval without voltage application is connected to the single operation interval by an command of a central apparatus 40.
