PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve work skill by objectively evaluating the work skill in training work.;SOLUTION: As an example of disposing various training work devices according to a training work curriculum, a bolt tightening train work system 40 includes: a case 42 properly containing a number of bolts; an impact gauge 44, held by worker's right hand in this example; a training table 46 where a number of screw holes are aligned and arranged; a descriptive image display device 50; a sensor tool 52 for seating sound, which is constructed in cooperation with a microphone provided on the training table 46 to obtain seating sound through the microphone to display OK or NG using a buzzer; and a quantitative value evaluating device 54 for rhythm management, which outputs fixed metronome rhythm sound, and measures the bolt tightening period from the timing of obtaining seating sound and displaying the value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
