PSOLUTION: The invention is provided with a main body clock generating circuit 12 which supplies a main body clock to CPU 11, a random number clock generating circuit 14 which supplies the random number clock to a random number counter 13 which produces the random number, a crystal oscillator C which supplies a standard clock that serves as a standard for the main body clock and the random number clock to be produced to the main body clock generating circuit 12 and the random number clock generating circuit 14, and frequency dividing circuits (122, 142) which are installed on the main body clock generating circuit 12 and the random number clock generating circuit 14 and which produce the main body clock and the random number clock composed of different frequencies.
