PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method excluding use of formaldehyde simple body, enabling production of an adhesive composition for organic fiber cords with sufficient adhesion to polyester fiber cords and aramid fiber cords, etc., which are difficult to be bonded.;SOLUTION: The method for producing the adhesive composition for organic fiber cords is characterized in that, after the aging of a liquid mixture containing (A) a resorcin and/or a resorcin-formaldehyde resin, (B) an initial condensation product of formaldehyde and a compound other than resorcin which forms a thermosetting resin when reacted with formaldehyde, (C) a latex and (D) a catalyst; (E) an aqueous isocyanate solution and/or an epoxy compound is added to the aged liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
