PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work standardization support system for supporting work standardization based on flow line information of work. PSOLUTION: The work standardization support system SS includes a tag reader 10 receiving information from an IC tag installed to a mobile body related to work, and a management server 20 including a storage part 22 for accumulating the information received from the tag reader 10. The management server 20 extracts position information and time information related to a predetermined work stored in the storage part 22 to form flow lines related to the predetermined work, calculates an average time based on the working time of each flow line, and defines a flow line of the average time or less as a standard flow line of the predetermined work. The management server 20 performs the calculation of average time based on the working time of each flow line at predetermined time intervals, and reports, when the average time tends to increase, that effect to an output part 25.
