METHOD FOR STABILIZING 10-HYDROXY-2-DECENE ACID IN ROYAL JELLY, AND ROYAL JELLY POWDER OBTAINED BY THE METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing 10-hydroxy-2-decene acid falling in royal jelly, and to provide royal jelly powder obtained by the method. PSOLUTION: The method includes: adding cyclic dextrin to royal jelly and pulverizing the mixture. According to the method, the decene acid is enclosed with the cyclic dextrin to result in enhancing stability of the decene acid. The royal jelly powder can be stored at a room temperature for a long period of time, and the quality of the preparation can be maintained for a long time because the 10-hydroxy-2-decene acid is stable even when being added to the preparation.
