PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cost calculating system, a cost calculating method and a cost calculating program, wherein operating efficiency is improved in the case of calculating the costs of equipment in a design stage.;SOLUTION: Any of a plurality of equipment classification data (pump or tank or the like) is selected from an equipment data table 50A, and a plurality of equipment spec data (centrifugal pump and gear pump or the like) corresponding to the equipment are extracted, and any of those plurality of equipment spec data are selected, and a corresponding cost calculating formula is read from a cost arithmetic formula table 60A, and the costs of the equipment are calculated based on the cost calculating formula and the input parameter. Thus, it is possible to read the corresponding cost calculating formula by selecting equipment classification data and equipment spec data in a design stage, and to automatically calculate the costs only by inputting the parameter.
