PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rescue as many injured or sick persons as possible by transmitting triage information of each injured or sick person to a server at disaster medical care and rescue headquarters 110 promptly, which controls each hospital appropriately based on the collected triage information. PSOLUTION: A triage tag 600 with a built-in IC to which an IC tag is added is allocated to each injured or sick person at a first-aid station 130 when a disaster strikes. A health worker writes triage information in the triage tag 600 with a built-in IC and records the information in the IC tag using a triage information terminal 200. The triage information terminal 200 transmits the triage information recorded in the IC tag to a server 400 for the rescue headquarters through a satellite communication terminal 300 and a communication satellite 120. The server 400 for the rescue headquarters transmits rescue instruction information inputted by personnel based on the collected triage information to the first-aid station 130 and disaster key hospitals 131.
