PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management method for a hybrid power supply wherein a secondary battery does not lose a regulation function when a voltage of the secondary battery is a cutoff voltage, the secondary battery is not destroyed, and no fuel for a fuel cell is wasted, and to provide a system power management method and a system. PSOLUTION: The power management method for a hybrid power supply includes: a process of providing a secondary battery, a primary battery and a DC-DC converter, and a process of detecting the voltage of the secondary battery and obtaining the capacity of the secondary battery on the basis of a comparison table for the voltage and the electrical capacity of the secondary battery. When the capacity of the secondary battery is lower than a first predetermined value, the DC-DC converter controls the primary battery to output a first fixed value of a first electric parameter.
