PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten rise time of a heater while sufficiently utilizing heater capacity, when supplying a power source to an electric floor heating heater (a PTC heater) having a thermistor characteristic of straight polarity.;SOLUTION: This method for supplying the power source to the PTC heater, intermittently supplies the power source to the heater after warming operation time passes, by applying rated voltage to the heater in a preset warming operation time, when an electric current value flowing to the heater side is an allowable value or less, by starting detection of the electric current value flowing to the heater side simultaneously when supplying the power source; and intermittently supplies the power source to the heater after a control operation time passes, by controlling voltage applied to the heater respectively selected so that the electric current value flowing to the heater side becomes the allowable value or less in a preset control time, when the electric current value flowing to the heater side exceeds the allowable value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
