METHOD FOR STARTING WIND POWER STATION, WIND POWER STATION, AND METHOD FOR UTILIZING WIND POWER STATION

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of promptly starting at least a part of a wind power station, the wind power station and a new method for utilizing the wind power station. PSOLUTION: This is the method of starting at least the part of the wind part station (1) connectable to the outer transmission line network (2) without almost supplying energy from the outer transmission line network (2) for starting. The wind power station includes some wind turbines (4) and a local power supply (6) connectable to the wind turbine, and includes: a step of cutting the wind power station from the outer transmission line network; a step of separating a starting wind turbine (or starting wind turbine group) from form the remaining wind turbines out of the wind turbines of the wind power station; a step of connecting the starting wind turbine to the local power supply; and a step of starting the starting wind turbine by utilizing power supplied from the local power supply. Voltage and/or power are generated in the outer transmission line network by using power capable of being supplied from the wind power generation for at least black cold or cold start in the part of the outer transmission line network.
