PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow heater resistors not only to heat a piezoelectric vibrator but also to indirectly heat oscillating circuit parts efficiently by bringing the heater resistors mounted on a flexible printed circuit board in close contact with one face of a metal case for the piezoelectric vibrator while bringing the oscillating circuit parts mounted on a mother printed circuit board in close contact with the other face of the metal case for the piezoelectric vibrator.;SOLUTION: The thin and highly stable piezoelectric oscillator is provided with: a piezoelectric vibrator 1; a mother printed circuit board 3 which supports a piezoelectric vibrator body 2a on its one face and connects lead terminals 2b to a wiring pattern; oscillating circuit parts 5 which are mounted on one face of the mother printed circuit board to be disposed in close contact with one face of the piezoelectric vibrator body; adjusting circuit parts 6 which are mounted on the other face of the mother printed circuit board; an internal printed board 7 which is provided in contact with the other face of the piezoelectric vibrator body; and heater resistors 8 which are mounted on the internal printed circuit board to be disposed in close contact with the other face of the piezoelectric vibrator body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
