PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement monitoring device designed in consideration of the correlation of inner tub vibration with outer tube vibration in a vibration mode of a superconducting magnet system, which enables omission of installation of a sensor and a measuring line for an inner tub and reduction of the amount of heat invasion, by considering the correlation of the inner tube vibration with the outer tube vibration in the vibration mode of the superconducting magnet system.;SOLUTION: In the measurement monitoring device, only a sensor 8 for an outer tube of the superconducting magnet system 1 is disposed, while the sensor for the inner tub for measuring the inner tube vibration of the system 1 is omitted, by paying attention to the correlation of the inner tub vibration inside the superconducting magnet system 1 with the outer tub vibration of the system 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
