PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air volume adjusting device and an air volume adjusting method capable of very rapidly adjusting necessary ventilation volume and actual ventilation volume of each room and contributing on energy-saving.;SOLUTION: An air volume adjusting means comprises a disc-shaped first damper 48a, a first rotating shaft disposed on the first damper 48a, applying the first damper 48a as a shaft center of rotation, and exposed to outer parts of ducts 46, 47, a first positioning piece 48c disposed on the first rotating shaft, a first engagement portion disposed in parallel with an outer peripheral face of the duct in the circular arc shape on the first rotating shaft as a center, and engaged with the first positioning piece 48c, a second damper 49b formed into the semicircular shape, a second rotating shaft 49c formed on the damper, having the same shaft center as the first rotating shaft, and exposed to an outer side of the duct at its tip side, a second positioning piece 49d formed on the rotating shaft, and second engagement portions 471, 47m, 47n formed on an outer peripheral face of the duct and engaged with the second positioning pieces 49d.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
