PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic amplifier circuit for improving high-speed response and improving voltage resistance, without using a high withstand voltage transistor for an output transistor of each amplification stage configuring a multistage amplifier, and to provide a constant voltage circuit using the arithmetic amplifier circuit and equipment using the constant voltage circuit. PSOLUTION: A diode D1 limits an output voltage range of a differential amplifier circuit AMP1 with reverse breakdown voltage, and applies a voltage clamp. A diode D2 limits an output voltage range of an amplifier circuit AMP2 with the reverse breakdown voltage, and applies the voltage clamp. A maximum value of each output voltage of the differential amplifier circuit AMP1 and the amplifier circuit AMP2 is clamped by the prescribed reverse breakdown voltage of a bipolar diode to limit the voltage.
