PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission right transaction processing system of carbon dioxide of an automobile having an automobile information data bank, and an assessment processing system utilizing the transaction processing system.;SOLUTION: Automobile information about an automobile of each customer and data information regarding an emission amount of CO2 are registered in a storage part of the automobile information data bank, the customer registers customer information in a customer information database of the emission right transaction system, places an order via an input/output processing part, stores order information of the order in an order information database, performs transaction processing of sales transaction and carbon offset transaction based on a reduction amount of a standard by an emission right order placement transaction processing part, stores the transactions in a transaction information database which trades and manages the emission amount of CO2 to which the transaction processing is performed and a price, etc., updates the remaining amount of the emission right and balance of the price to perform the emission right transaction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
