PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze the operating state of a production line based on a signal showing the state of each process without requiring an exclusive circuit or program for each process constituting the production line. PSOLUTION: This operating state analysis system 10 of the production line comprises each production facility 20 constituting the production line, a data collecting device 30 for collecting data of their operating state, a data accumulation server 50 and the operating state analysis device 60. The operating state analysis device 60 has functions of a data acquisition part 100 and an operating state data calculation part 150, and inputs a plurality of operating state data acquired to an operation state function to calculate desired operating state data. The operating state function can be optionally constituted by combining a plurality of operating states by an operator.
