PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register problems collection customized exclusively for a user by a simple operation from a mobile terminal.;SOLUTION: The mobile terminal 10 reads a problem identification code from a bar-code imparted to each problem, adds user ID to it, and transmits it to a database server 30 via a Web server 20. The database server 30 registers the problem identification code correspondingly to the user ID. Also, the mobile terminal 10 transmits, when acquiring problems, the user ID to the database server 30 via the Web server 20. The database server 30 extracts problem identification codes registered correspondingly to the received user ID, acquires problem information registered correspondingly to the extracted problem identification code, and transmits the problem information to the mobile terminal 10 via the Web server 20.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
