PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method of preventing collapse of piled used paper, which has little load to a user in every aspect such as a cost and working hours in every stage from purchase, use and recycle.;SOLUTION: A tightener 1 for packing used paper consists of: a tightening hook 2 having a hook shape to engage with a string 6 and formed in a size which can be hooked with the string 6, and pinched and rotated in a horizontal plane in a perpendicular posture; and a locking hook 3 having a hook shape having a part sharing or substantially sharing a predetermined length with an open end 22 located on the side to be rotated in the horizontal plane formed continuously as one of open ends 33 among both open ends 22 and 23 of the hook 2, while its open part 31 is formed to be in the opposite direction to that of the tightening hook 2 and regulated to belong to the plane lower than the plane which the tightening hook 2 belongs to.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
