PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce buried costs or loss of opportunities in change of an SaaS (software as a service) environment to an SI (system integration) environment in a business service started in an SaaS form.;SOLUTION: When the business service is shifted from the SaaS agent environment (company A 101) to the SI form environment (city B 102), a service address list 343 recording addresses of the business service is provided in the city B 102, and the addresses of the service address list 343 are updated according to the shift of the business service. When business data accumulated in the company A 101 is also shifted, data address lists 314 and 334 recording addresses of the business data are provided in the company A 101 and the city B 102, and the addresses of both the address lists 314 and 334 are updated according to the shift of the business data.
