PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the labor needed after transmission of an invitation mail to ask visit to a planned event.;SOLUTION: An organizer's portable terminal 10 stores the minimum required number of persons and e-mail addresses of invited persons who are essential for holding an event as holding condition information. The organizer's portable terminal 10 transmits the invitation mail to all the invited person's portable terminals. When receiving the invitation mail, the invited person's portable terminal 50ax transmits a reply mail containing visit information indicating either participation or non-participation. When receiving the reply mail, the organizer's portable terminal 10 collates the holding condition information and the visit information contained in the reply mail and determines the success or failure of holding the event. If holding of the event is determined to be possible, the organizer's portable terminal 10 transmits a notice mail to notify a holding determination to all the invited person's portable terminals and if determined to be impossible, it transmits a notice mail to notify canceling to all the invited person's portable terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
