PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create various UI(user interface) contents for showing operations of an apparatus by capturing information provided from various network services. PSOLUTION: In a UI content creation system, when a user operates an AV apparatus 50 by use of a cellular phone 60, the user requests a UI content creation server 10 to create a UI content for operation from the user cellular phone 60. The UI content creation server 10 creates a UI content by acquiring information from an information server 30 by the creation request to distribute the UI content to the cellular phone 60.
