Terminal and program for deriving river flood forecast information due to rainfall

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal configured to communicate with a water level database accumulating water level information for each point of a river and a precipitation database accumulating precipitation rate information between points and to display river flood prediction information. PSOLUTION: The terminal includes a point setting means which sets a first water level observation point located on an upper reach of a river and a second water level observation point to be predicted located on the downstream side of the first water level observation point; a water level information acquisition means which acquires, from the water level database, water level information in the first water level observation point; a precipitation rate information acquisition means which acquires, from the precipitation database, precipitation rate information in a watershed between the first and second water level observation points; an arrival time identification means which identifies a water arrival time SB21/SBbetween the first and second water level observation points in the river; and a water level information calculation means which calculates, based on the water level information, the precipitation amount information and the arrival time SB21/SB, water level information in the second water level observation point which will occur at a future time t+1 from a current time t.
