PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend previously unused contents without cooperating users as well as new contents used by no one, without being restricted by answers to a questionnaire by users to be recommended and contents similar to use results and to select users for the recommendation of recommended contents through a small amount of processing.;SOLUTION: In a score generation block 2, user keyword based score data for recording scores for each keyword of contents for each user are generated based on a log of information on the operation of each user who made inputs. In a learning block 3, the user keyword based score data are consulted to group related keywords, based on the grouping of the keywords and the user keyword based score data, scores of each user are calculated for every keyword related group. In a selection block 4, a set of keywords for contents to be recommended is inputted, the grouping of the keywords and the scores of users of each group are consulted, and each user's scores are calculated so that one or more users with the scores meeting predetermined selection requirements are selected as users for recommendation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
