PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the deviation of the stopping position of a pattern so as to be a proper reel stopping position in assembling of a reel driving unit for a game table. PSOLUTION: By a method for inspecting and adjusting the reel stopping position of a reel driving unit for the game table, the reel driving unit 20 is mounted to the fitting part 210 of a reel stopping position inspecting and adjusting apparatus. When the retrieval mode button 246 of a control part 240 is pressed to operate a start lever 248, the rotation/stoppage control of a reel frame 140 is performed by a retrieval mode, and a reel band 130 is stuck with the position of the reel frame 140 shown by the reference piece 236 of a reference part 230 at the time as a reference. When an inspection mode button 244 is pressed to operate the start lever 248, the rotation/stoppage control of a reel is performed by an inspection mode to verify the deviation of the reference stopping position of a stopped reel and the reference part 230. The fitting position of a detection piece at the reel frame 140 is adjusted by using an adjusting tool 600 so as to eliminate this deviation, thereby the timing of detecting the detection piece by a sensor 180 is optimized.
