PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume hologram transfer foil capable of, manufacturing a volume hologram layered product having a high forgery preventive function. PSOLUTION: The above subject is solved by providing the volume hologram transfer foil including: a base material; a volume hologram layer where a volume hologram is recorded, and which is formed on the base material ; a heat seal layer containing thermoplastic resin, and which is formed on the volume hologram layer; an ultraviolet ray absorbing layer having a function of absorbing ultraviolet rays, and which is formed between the base material and the volume hologram layer or between the volume hologram layer and the heat seal layer; and a fluorescent image forming layer where an image is formed by fluorescent material adapted to emit fluorescence by irradiation of ultraviolet rays, and which is formed on the heat seal layer side rather than the ultraviolet ray absorbing layer, wherein the wavelength of ultraviolet rays absorbed by the ultraviolet ray absorbing layer is different from that of the ultraviolet rays absorbed by the fluorescent material.
