PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stain accumulation preventing agent composition in a paper machine, which effectively prevents stains accumulated in wires of wire parts of a paper machine, felts of press process, various rolls, etc., to provide a method for stain accumulation prevention and a method for stain removal in a paper machine, with which already attached stains are removed.;SOLUTION: The stain accumulation preventing agent composition in a paper machine comprises a nonionic surfactant and a carboxylic acid or its alkali metal salt in the weight ratio of 1:9-9:1. The method for stain accumulation prevention in a paper machine comprises adding a nonionic surfactant and a carboxylic acid or its alkali metal salt in the weight ratio of 1:9-9:1 to a shower water system of a paper machine. The method for stain removal in a paper machine comprises adding a nonionic surfactant and a carboxylic acid or its alkali metal salt in the weight ratio of 1:9-9:1 to a shower water system of a paper machine to which stains are attached so as to make the total concentration of them 500-100,000 mg/L.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
