PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized control conversion controller for performing centralized control by using a communication protocol used when constructing a distributed control system, and to provide the distributed control system equipped with the centralized control conversion controller.;SOLUTION: The distributed control system comprises a plurality of load terminals 101, and one or more of control terminals 102 for inputting an instruction for controlling the operation state of the plurality of load terminals 101. The centralized control conversion controller 104 is used for the distributed control system in which a control request signal for accommodating the instruction as control request information is transmitted to the load terminal 101 from the control terminal 102 by using the communication protocol of the distributed control.
