PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly access target information by having each user just refer to and trace a hierarchical structure.;SOLUTION: Every time the user 17 accesses a hierarchy, an access frequency for each hierarchy of the user 17 is recalculated and the calculated result is stored in an access frequency vector storage part 12. When the display of the hierarchical structure is requested from the user 17, an individual view relating to the user who requests the display is generated in a hierarchical structure display part 15. For instance, the hierarchy accessed most frequently by the user who requests the display is brought to a top hierarchy and displayed or the access frequency pertinent to each hierarchy is visualized by using the access frequency vector of the user.
