PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production planning control system capable of reducing a communication load, requiring a less capacity of storing information in a process planning server for each process, and reducing a load in a superior production planning server by the capability to realize by the process itself stabilizing and reducing a process load by allocating a process plan of the process to another process. SOLUTION: The production planning control system according to this invention connects to a network the production planning server to control production plan information stored in a production plan database, the process planning servers to control each process plan for every process, which plan constitutes the production plan and is stored in a plurality of process plan databases, and a process control server to control constitution information of every process planning server. The production planning server comprises a production plan allocating means to allocate the production plan to every process as a process plan on the basis of the information from the production plan and the status information, and a transmitting means to transmit the allocated process plan by the production plan allocating means to the corresponding process planning server.
