A structural unit derived from a cyclic olefin having a hydrocarbon group and a polar group, which may have a substituent cyclic olefin ring-opening copolymer of the present invention may tricyclo [4.3.0.1 ^2,5 I and a structural unit derived structural units derived from such] dec-3-ene, from a cyclic olefin having no polar group.
