PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long vegetable-receiving apparatus which can prevent the damage to long vegetables on the treatment of the vegetables and reduce a cost load in a simple structure.;SOLUTION: This long vegetable-receiving apparatus 1 comprising a carry-in portion 2 for receiving and carrying in upper end-opened type containers C having received long vegetables R therein, a discharging means 3 for supporting the carried-in containers C in a state that the long vegetables R can be dispersed and discharged from the containers C, a water tank 4 for downward receiving the long vegetables R discharged from the containers with the discharging means 3, and a transport portion 5 for receiving the long vegetables R submerged in the water in the dispersed state in the water tank 4, is characterized by disposing a water-filling means 11 for filling the water in the container C in the carry-in portion 2 and disposing an opening-opening or closing mechanism comprising a turning mechanism 15 for turning the container C and a lid 14 for closing or opening the opening of the container, in the discharging means 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
