The present invention provides an intra-cell fractionation method for three-dimensional seismic exploration. In one embodiment, a receiver pattern is deployed comprising one or more receiver lines, with the receivers in each line at a substantially uniform interval in the direction along the profile. The seismic source is activated at each point of the pattern of the location of radiation points located in one or more source lines, with the emission points of each source line being located at a substantially uniform interval in the direction across the profile. At least one of the two schemes — the location of the receivers and the location of the emission points — applies a perturbation diagram to uniformly distribute the midpoints at multiple points within the cell, which has the following dimensions: half the interval between receivers along the profile by half the interval between sources across the profile.
