The present invention describes a new method based on which an interactive web-based energy search machine and a discussion making system related to energy pricing and practices is created. It is the base of web-based energy stock exchange, where the individual user-consumers, having access to their energy data by a web-based data storage and telemetry system, and also to the variable values of the energy sale from various external producer-suppliers, predict, analyze and select each time the best energy supplier. At the same time, the producers-suppliers will be allowed by trhe same portal to analyze the energy data of the individual consumers and define the optimal energy policies and pricing practices. The decision finding and making is performed automatically, by a special portal and a specialized information system. Aim of the invention is to handle, analyze, and predict and optimize the energy loads, and to define the pricing practice from production stations, suppliers, etc. by complex algorithms for information mining, processing and presentation of energy knowledge.
